Setup Koneksi Radio Link Motorola Canopy

Setup Koneksi Radio Link Motorola Canopy

Wireless Backhaul

As the cost of running fiber or copper wires skyrockets, broadband wireless backhaul technologies have become a key element of cost-effective broadband wireless networks. Wireless backhaul refers to the use of high-performance point-to-point (also known as PTP) wireless links to extend connectivity between two locations, instead of using a costly wired connection.

Today, you have customers that are looking to incorporate wireless data access, Voice over Wifi, and real-time video on the same wireless network. In order to support the high demands being placed on wireless networks – without the high cost of running wired links to each wireless access point or node – broadband wireless backhaul is the answer. With the ability to deliver Gigabit throughput (and more) over wireless links, wireless backhaul provides all the performance of wired links – all for a fraction of the cost.

Applications
Wireless backhaul is ideal to cost-effectively enable a variety of applications, including:

  • Building-to-Building Connectivity – Connect buildings on campus or across long distances without trenching fiber
  • Links Between Cellular Towers – Reduce carrier costs by wirelessly connecting cellular towers
  • Video Surveillance Backhaul – Provide the high throughput needed for video applications, without the high cost of fiber
  • Last Mile Connectivity – Extend broadband links to remote and rural areas
Benefits

  • Rapid deployment – Wireless eliminates the physical barriers that wired deployments face, making it much easier to deploy
  • Flexible deployment – Can be deployed anywhere, across water, difficult terrain, to remote areas, etc.
  • Reduced cost – Eliminates the high costs associated with using fiber for backhaul
  • High performance – With wireless networks capable of wired capacity, you get all the benefits of wireless without sacrificing any performance
So regardless of whether you are selling to enterprise customers looking to support data, voice and video on their corporate WLAN or service provider/telecommunication customers looking to link cellular towers for a fraction of the price of fiber – broadband wireless backhaul is the key.

we carry a complete line of wireless backhaul products from the industry’s leading manufacturers, including Motorola. For more information on the wide variety of wireless backhaul solutions Moonblink offers, please click on the product category below.

Canopy® 400 Series

Canopy® Advantage™ Platform

Canopy® 400 Series

What are some of the biggest obstacles to reaching a great many potential users or customers with wireless broadband access? Obstacles. Obstacles that block or interfere with high-speed wireless signals...tall buildings in dense urban environments, dense foliage in suburban and rural environments or obstructions of any kind in environments of every kind.

Now available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and coming soon to other regions, this new series of Canopy Access Points and Subscriber Modules provide Enterprises, Municipalities and Service Providers with a powerful, cost-effective solution for reaching previously unreachable users and subscribers.

The Motorola Point-to-Multipoint (PMP) 400 Series offers additional benefits that are equally important, including:
  • High-Speed Near Line of Sight (nLOS) Access: The PMP 400 Series uses powerful OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technology to deliver exceptional LOS/nLOS coverage with solutions that are able reach around buildings and other obstructions. Results include maximized communications, increased productivity, new revenue streams and strengthened bottom lines.
  • High Throughput: The Motorola PMP 400 Series delivers enhanced throughput of up to 21 Mbps supporting today’s most in-demand — but bandwidth-intensive — applications such as Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video surveillance, high-speed Internet access, multiple voice connections, and many more.
  • Long Range Connectivity: The Motorola PMP 400 Series extends network connectivity ranges to distances of five miles (eight kilometers) or more per AP cluster, facilitated by higher gain antennas, rate adaptive modulation schemes and longer cyclic prefixes.
  • Cost-Effective Co-Location: Whether you’re a new operator or an existing network provider, the Motorola PMP 400 Series provides one of the lowest costs of ownership in the industry. For current Motorola Wireless Broadband users, the 400 Series’ cost-effectiveness is driven by its ability to co-locate with other Motorola equipment to provide either network extension or a network overlay. For new operators, the system provides a globally proven all-outdoor solution, with reduced power consumption, fast, simple deployment, high reliability and low-cost ongoing operation.
